Q + A

Are Kids Allowed?

In planning our wedding, we have made the decision to have an adults-only affair. While we absolutely adore children and cherish the joy they bring, we believe that having a kid-free event will allow all of our guests to fully relax, indulge, and enjoy themselves without any distractions. We hope you understand and respect our decision. Our aim is to ensure that everyone can let loose, dance the night away, and savor every moment of our celebration without any concerns. Please refer to the RSVP tab if we can accommodate your Child. Your presence means the world to us, and we cannot wait to share this special day with you. With love, Kiara and Nickolas

Can I bring a Guest/Plus one?

Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to ''(Your Name) and Guest" If a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding.

Is there parking on site?

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later then July 15th!

What if I don’t RSVP in time.

If you do not RSVP by July 15th 2024 you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot except late RSVP’s. ( This will mean you will not be allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food or drink accommodations for you) . Thank you for understanding!

What should I do if I cannot make it?

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate “ Will not attend” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d but find that you will not make it, please notify Nick or Ki’ara as soon as you are aware.

Can we take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

"Dear loved ones, As our wedding day draws near, we are filled with excitement and anticipation for the celebration ahead. We want to take a moment to share a request that is important to us and will enhance our experience together. We kindly ask that you join us in making our ceremony an 'unplugged' affair. This means we invite you to fully immerse yourselves in the moment with us by refraining from using phones, cameras, or other electronic devices during the ceremony. Our hope is to create an intimate and heartfelt atmosphere where we can all be fully present, sharing in the love and joy of this significant moment without any distractions. By unplugging, we can focus on the beauty of the ceremony and the meaningful connection we share with each other. We want to assure you that our wedding will be professionally recorded, capturing every precious moment of our ceremony and celebration. This recording will be made available to all our guests after the wedding, so you can relive the magic of our special day at your leisure. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honoring this request. Your presence and support mean the world to us, and we look forward to celebrating this special day together, fully engaged and connected. With love and gratitude, Ki'ara and Nickolas
